How to Save Nadira
Climb Up the Hill Near the Emerald Grove Gate
You can find Nadira on top of a hill near the gate in Emerald Grove. Cross the tree trunk that acts as a bridge to the east, right as you enter the gate. Follow the dirt path to find Nadira and the Bugbear Assassin.
Defeat the Bugbear Assassin
The Bugbear Assassin will try to go for Nadira, so take care of it as quickly as you can. Nadira will try to run in a panic if the Bugbear Assassin gets too close.

Speak with Nadira to Get a Soul Coin
After defeating the Bugbear Assassin, speak with Nadira to try and get the Soul Coin.

Selecting the first two dialogue options in the previous dialogue will make Nadira apprehensive and ask you more questions. This will give you a chance to roll and get the Soul Coin with your PERSUASION or INTIMIDATION stat.

Selecting the third option of asking Nadira to be grateful gives you the option to roll for the Soul Coin with your INTIMIDATION stat at a lower Difficulty Class.

Should You Save Nadira?
Yes, for the Soul Coin and EXP
Saving Nadira from the Bugbear Assassin will net you with a small amount of EXP and a Soul Coin. Soul Coins are used to power Infernal Engines later on in the game, and are quite rare.
This side quest is fairly short and will not distract you from your main quest for long. Quickly finish this side quest to claim your rewards and move on.
